Response times

We aim to reply to all enquiries within 1–2 business days. We're closed on weekends and UK public holidays, so messages sent over a weekend will be answered the next working day.

Order enquiries

To help us respond faster, please include your order number in your message. You'll find it in your order confirmation email.

• Where is my order? Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email first. If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, email us and we'll chase it with the carrier. See our Shipping Policy.
• I want to return something. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Email us before sending anything back, as items returned without a request can't be accepted. See our Refund Policy.
